Evans offers courses in Citizenship, English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Skills, High School Preparation and Career Technical programs. Evans also assists high school students and young adults in an alternative education program called AC2T. Programs at Evans are free or low-cost, and meet the highest accreditation standards for quality instruction. Located within walking distance of Chinatown and Olvera Street in downtown Los Angeles, Evans CAS serves one of the largest and most diverse student bodies of any adult school in the nation.
