We also offer Personal Training, tailored directly to your fitness needs at a schedule that fits you. With our certified nutritionist Catherine Stratton, RD, CDN, CSSD, who has over 30 years of experience, we offer nutrition counseling for guidance in weight control, diabetes management, and and cholesterol and blood pressure reduction. *Childcare is also available- Monday-Friday: 9:00 am-12:00 pm** Less
