Cooked to perfection with the use of only fresh, local ingredients, food brings about a dialogue in the restaurant's vibrant interior. The place is drenched in three colors- blue, tangerine and charcoal black, these denote the closeness and association of the sea with the hotel. Fish and seafood preparations form an integral part of the tavern's menu and dishes like the smoked salmon, marinated octopus and Penn Cove Mussels come most recommended.
