In my experience about 30% of the time a buyer buys a property they weren't interested in seeing. By knowing the Big Bear inventory, paying attention to my buyers expressed goals and observing their reactions to property we see together, we are successful in making their Big Bear dream a reality. Sellers- I have years of experience working as a marketing professional. I know the importance of distinguishing a product so that it stands out. I use my abilities in staging, photo styling and graphic design in combination with professional photographers to make my listings shine.
