      You don't get blue book value for your vehicle. They auction it off and give you a receipt for what it sells for. You don't get it until it sells and that can take months. I wish I had donated to... more

      Rescheduled on my mother 3 times. The final time the driver lied and told dispatch that Mom cancelled, and said she's only available on weekends. She's a retiree for God's sake. It was painful... more
