And, we offer students the space and expertise to continue and expand in their practice whether they choose vinyasa flow, slow flow, restorative, beginner yoga, prenatal/postnatal, Pilates, or Yin. We also offer Kids and Young Adult Yoga, yoga for seniors, meditation, foam rolling, and fun Friday Happy Hour yoga. Want to try a few classes before committing? We have a new student special, $20 for 10 days of unlimited classes!less
