The institution conducts classes in various subjects, such as English, math, science and social studies. Saratoga Central Catholic High School employs a staff of more than 15 teachers and paraprofessionals. It provides instruction in religion, world history, chorus, band, music, and arts and crafts. The institution offers learning sessions in Latin and physical education. Saratoga Central Catholic High School also provides various sports activities that include baseball, basketball, bowling, cheerleading, cross-country, golf, power lifting, softball, soccer, football and volleyball.
