Hero at Large takes too much time to get going with its premise, and is way dated at this point in 2023. But if I’m going to watch a two-star movie I might as well be half-glad I watched this one. Only in the movies could somebody neurotic and fake-hero like Ritter have a shot at sanguine Anne Archer.
