Chad Robert Kroeger (/ ˈ k r uː ɡ ər /, né Turton; born November 15, 1974) is a Canadian musician who is the lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Nickelback.
It is composed of lead guitarist and lead vocalist Chad Kroeger, rhythm guitarist/keyboardist/backing vocalist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger, and drummer Daniel Adair. It went through several drummer changes between 1995 and 2005.
