One would assume some form of Romanian, but from what I understand Hungary was very influential at the time. It wasn't uncommon for rulers to speak different languages than their subjects to seem more important (like Russian nobility speaking French). I have tried looking for the answer to this question online but I've found 0 reliable sources.

Mihnea cel Rău (Mihnea the Wrongdoer/Mean/Evil; c.1460 – 12 March 1510), the son of Vlad III Dracula (Vlad Țepeș), and his first wife, was Voivode of Wallachia from 1508 to 1509, having replaced his first cousin Radu cel Mare. During his reign, he ruled alongside his son Mircea III Dracul in the year 1509.
