It injured Yoshinobu Kanemaru in its one and only appearance and was never used again. It's hard to figure out what it's supposed to be. I have a feeling it's supposed to be like Chris Sabin's "Over Easy" (Canadian backbreaker rack flipped over into a DDT) but it got botched because Kanemaru sat up while on Kobashi's shoulder instead of lying there in the backbreaker position.
