  3. Obs-view - docks there is your chat to add if u login obs with ur twitch account u can dock it inside obs or use it somewhere else but i def. recommend 2nd monitor if u are trying to interact with ur chat. You can pop-out your Twitch chat from your stream and keep it up as a smaller window.
