Born William Henry Rorke in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of screen and stage actress, Margaret Hayden Rorke, and took his stage name from his mother’s maiden name.
The passionate film and theater actor Hayden Rorke ("Dr. Alfred E. Bellows") unfortunately passed away in 1987. At the age of 76, he was diagnosed with melanoma and died soon after.
