XBOX won't have exclusives anymore and PS also started going that road. Pirating on consoles is possible but you will need to wait for each new console to get jailbraked and you most likely won't be able to play online cracked games. No. There is no Xbox emulator publicly available for the Xbox One/Series. You either need to own the disc, or buy it digitally. You COULD try burning a disc and praying, but I highly doubt it'll work... That said, you can do a lot of emulation fairly easily thanks to Gamr13 and his Discord.
So yeah console piracy on Xbox has been dead for a while since the Xbox one came out in 2013. The most you can do is emulation. It can be done, but most of the time it involves defeating or circumventing anti-piracy measures on the console itself. You should look into buying a ps4 that’s on firmware 9.00 or lower.

Let's see if it's true. The Xbox game pass offers about 230 titles to play on your local console (no streaming).
There is no public Xbox live emulator right now so I don't think so. Razor1911 cracks gamepass/XBL games once in a while though. If it's on Game Pass, I'm sure you can find it elsewhere and not go through the trouble of cracking it. Don't think it's possible as I'm sure MS checks the files before launch to see if it's been modified.
