Any place with a 1% chance or higher chance of experiencing a flood each year is considered to have a high risk. Those areas have at least a one-in-four chance of flooding during a 30-year mortgage.

Apr 6, 2022 · Hover your mouse over the Layers icon in the lower-left corner of the map. Select the Terrain icon. In the Terrain pop-up at the bottom of the map, select the toggle switch to turn on the elevation view. The switch should be blue. Zoom in using the Plus ( +) in the lower-right corner to see contour lines and elevation.
