Jan 14, 2021 · Locked Down Plot Synopsis. Linda Thurman ( Anne Hathaway) and Paxton Riggs (Chiwetel Ejiofor) are an urban couple living in London. Set in the months following the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, the film shows that the relationship between the two protagonists is rapidly disintegrating.
