The correct pronunciation is Kah-nay Kor-so. People who don't know any better (because of the way it is spelled) will say "cane" as in sugar cane or walking cane, but I always correct them by saying, "Kah-nay, it's Italian, as it is an Italian Mastiff." I've never had anyone argue with me after that.
