Jan 10, 2023 · 5. British Airways have a terrible flight cancellation and delay record. Of all the reasons to avoid British Airways, this is probably the most important one. Let’s face it, the “new normal” in travel involves plenty of flight delays and cancellations and no airline is fully immune.
Terrible customer service, oversold flights, delays and lack of communication. Not much else to say to be honest. Gone from one of the best airlines to one I really try to avoid using where possible. British Airways is one of the WORST airlines with regard to customer service. I have spent a week and upwards of 10 hours over that week trying to get a little compassion. I have been hung up on 10 times by people who simply keep repeating themselves. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
