First time visiting San Fermo was 2 months ago, the menu was exquisite. 10/10 no notes. The burrata was a highlight, Bolognese was a dream. Last night was a different story. The burrata was acidic to the extreme, and the bread pudding was freshly dredged up from the bottom of the Ballard Locks and served hot and SALTY on a platter.
