If you specify a value that is more capacity than Amazon EC2 can provide in the target Availability Zone, Amazon EC2 does not launch any instances. Constraints: Between 1 and the quota for the specified instance type for your account for this Region.
You can't connect to or start an instance after you've terminated it. However, you can launch additional instances using the same AMI.
