Apmex has a stated policy of shipping shortly after receiving and confirming payment. I paid by credit card on 6/23/23 but heard nothing until 7/6/23 when the item shipped. I emailed on 6/30 but never heard back. Their communication is poor at best and they do not follow their own payment and shipping policy.
Feb 23, 2021. APMEX IS A THIRD RATE SELLER. NEVER AGAIN! Only one out of their mind would purchase anything from this company APMEX. Their Supervisor John Nguyen is extremely rude, his associates have zero customer service skills, hang up on you and make you wait longer and longer when they recognize your number.
