The transfer admit rate is something like 30-35% depending on year, number of applicants, and space available. Compared to the regular admit rate for freshman which is 8-10%. I transferred in from NCMC as a non-traditional student this past winter semester. In hindsight, I should've waited to do a fall transfer.

Enroll is qued when you put down a deposit before May 1st. I gained admission to Michigan, Michigan State, Michigan Tech, Marquette, Seton Hall, and Rose Hulman. I waited until about April and paid a deposit to UofM to confirm I would be enroll there in the fall. The money is what binds you to a university.
