The difference between my having an Eye Rune and not having one, however, is very important, and borne out as reliable by 2 nearly identical sessions of 50 kills with no Runes. My current hypothesis is that 210 Discovery is some sort of special threshold, after which some enemies begin to show different loot.

No viability. Cooldown to long on quick draw to establish combo points to even use between the eyes effectively. I use quick draw on cooldown if only for the cheap combo point. I’m probably doing it wrong, since this is my first rogue. I don’t have an alternative rune yet.
