  6. I have listened to several videos of Dr.Peter Levine who I think is a blessing to humanity with his Somatic Experiencing practices. This book helped me understand my physical ailments, connect them to mental and then heal from both. I highly recommend it! Re-reading the book so make you see things in different light each time.
