Nov 20, 2007 · I'm not sure why so many critics were very harsh in their reviews of this 3rd installment. The first movie, The Santa Clause, was marvelous. The Santa Clause 2 - The Mrs. Clause was good, but took the cuteness to far at the expense of substance and, hence, wasn't as funny. It seems to me that this effort falls between the two.
