Dec 12, 2022 · This verse reveals another purpose that God has given man: dominion over the earth (Genesis 1:28–29). Again, though, this can only be properly fulfilled through a right relationship with God. The more we get to know our Creator and the more we love Him (Matthew 22:37–38), the better we understand who we are and what our purpose is.

Sep 23, 2020 · The Bible does not specifically state Adam was the first man ever to walk the Earth. There are too many gaps in the information contained in that chapter to get a clear picture. Consider the account of Noah and the Great Flood. All humans were wiped out, except for Noah and his family.
