Louis Nix. Louis Anthony Nix III (July 31, 1991 – February 27, 2021) was an American professional football defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Nix played for the Houston Texans, New York Giants, Washington Redskins and the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2014 until 2017.
