Apr 19, 2013 · The account was marked as “Inactive." Windows Live Hotmail accounts become inactive if you don’t sign in for more than 365 days or within the first 10 days after signing up for an account. After an account becomes inactive, all messages, folders, and contacts are deleted.
Just keep marking those messages as junk or, if you can identify some common value in the sender address, add that value to the Blocked Senders list by clicking Options>More Options>Safe and Blocked Senders on your Hotmail Inbox screen. Apr 9, 2015 · As I examine the titles and the senders' names of new messages in my INBOX, I put a check-mark into the boxes for the messages I want to delete. Then, when I have 10 or 15 such check-marked messages, I go to the top of the Hotmail Inbox page, and click DELETE, to delete them.
