Jul 28, 2020 · Apocalypto by Mel Gibson is probably the only Mayan movie ever made this way and the entire movie is just amazing from the amazing acting to authentic visuals to dialogs and everything. Mel deserved an Oscar for this movie along with best picture. The Academy has turned to extreme nonsense today but back in 2005 this deserved it honestly.
