Park Description. This 13-acre energetic community park was the first park built in the city of Hillsboro in the 70's. Today, the park is right next to the Library, the Community Senior Center and the Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation Center providing a wide range of opportunities for all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities and programs.

Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation center is a full service facility with three pools, a spa, and sauna, as well as on-land fitness amenities. You will find on-site child care, full cardio and weight room, spin room, personal trainers, massage, and multi-purpose rooms for birthday parties and facility rentals to keep you and your family entertained.
