Jun 14, 2023 · New York, NY – Empire BlueCross BlueShield, downstate, and Empire BlueCross, upstate, today announced the company name will become Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Anthem Blue Cross, respectively, on January 1, 2024.
