Saying that movies are getting worse is a myth. These are only considered ‘classics’ because they are from a long time ago and have grown an audience over time. A movie like say, moonlight, isn’t a ‘classic’ yet because it just came out. Also, people tend to forget all the terrible movies released in the 70’s and 80’s.
