Circuit Court Case Information. This is the case management system for circuit courts in Virginia. This is a project with a limited number of courts. Cases may be searched using name, case number, or hearing date. Searches must be done by individual courts. Statewide searches are not possible.
General District Court Case Information. Online access by locality to civil, criminal, and traffic cases in the general district courts. Case may be searched using name, case number, or hearing date. Online payments are made using this system.

Information about civil and criminal cases in the General District Court and the Circuit Court is available online by selecting an individual court location using one of the below links. To protect confidentiality, no case information is available online for cases in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Terms of Court and General Information. Terms begin, 1st Wednesday, Jan., Apr., July, & Oct. Motion Day, Tuesday after 2nd Monday, each month. Misdemeanor appeal days, Tuesday following fourth Monday, Jan. to Nov.; 3rd Tuesday in December.
