Alois Hitler had no children with his first wife. He had two children, Alois (1882–1956) and Angela (1882–1956), with his second wife. Alois had many children with his third wife, Klara Pölzl (1860-1907), but only Adolf and his sister Paula (1896–1960) survived childhood. Alois died of a stroke in 1903. Klara died of breast cancer in 1908.
