Sep 7, 2022 · It'd be one thing to rollback and be done with it. But after an almost month of scouring the internet I still see no way of remedying my setup that was near perfect and at least working. I understand the complaints. The 28.0.3 update had no mention of incompatibility of plugins. I had skipped previous updates.

Feb 5, 2024 · The virtual obs camera never shows up in Windows device manager. It links into Windows without device driver. Most apps will recognize the virtual cam, however there are some apps that insist on a physical camera don't, such as the Windows camera app. Make sure you installed OBS with the installer, not from a zip file in portable mode.
