The hours are paid at 1.5 times the team member’s hourly rate. All non-exempt team members who work on the holiday (including Seasonal) are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay. Non-exempt team members who work on a Target-observed holiday will receive Holiday Premium Pay for that day. Team members who work non-traditional shifts receive Holiday
