5.0. pressure washing. J&L quoted the job within a couple of days of initial contact and completed the work within a week. Arrived on time on the scheduled day, went right to work, and completed the total job in a couple of hours, giving me back the rest of the day.

I contacted Curtis (the owner of Elite Concepts) and we set up an appointment to view the project. He never showed, blaming traffic, and requested a photo instead. Upon viewing the photo, he set a date for the job which required a $330.00 deposit for the $546.56 concrete stair staining job.
