  1. I don't understand this question. She could not have been part of Poland in 1914 as Poland didn't exist ,it had been occupied since the late 1700s. It was spit between Austro-hungarian, Germany and Russia. It was awarded to Poland after WWII at the Postdam agreement, therefore polish authorities would have no records.
