In the interest of keeping this discussion legal, I'll say that the things you need in addition to the 9th Edition rules and Space Marine Codex are Battlescribe, the Salamander Specific Stratagems in the Supplement, and the most recent Salamanders FAQ. As an addendum to the above, I personally do not own the Salamanders Codex Supplement.
I would suggest against buying any of the current things, including the supplement, incase they drop a version of the supplement adjusted with faqs or 9th changes. In the mean time I would probably just suggest either your usual online not legit sources or the app which does just about cover everything for the salamanders other then what was in ...
