July 6, 2019. age 9+. Apart from bad language, excellent role model of determination, ingenuity and teamwork. Watched with space mad 9 and 11 year olds. Already knew about the bad language, but same language they have learned at school anyway. The message of this film is educational, and inspiring.

Oct 2, 2015 · The Martian is nearly all things to all audiences: a ticking-clock drama, an intimate character study, a sci-fi comedy, a rollicking space adventure. It’s almost impossible to dislike, which is perhaps its only flaw. When a huge film reveals its eager-to-please intentions from the get-go, the stakes evaporate awfully quick.
