Nov 3, 2022 · Enola is determined to be independent and has a hard time admitting she needs help. But it turns out that her case may be connected to the one her brother is working on. Her eccentric mother (Helena Bonham Carter) turns up to provide some assistance, some explosives, and some revision of her earlier advice to Enola to rely only on herself.
Bess takes Enola to the factory, where Enola meets the hot-headed Mae (Abbie Hern) (one of the girls who works at the factory). Mr Crouch (Lee Boardman) is the factory supervisor and runs a tight ship. Enola sneaks into the office to find old models of the matches, which had red tips instead of the current white tips.
Nov 4, 2022 · I have similar thoughts about 'Enola Holmes 2' as I do for 'Enola Holmes'. Millie Bobby Brown is a strong lead, the support cast are good but the plot still isn't the most entertaining to watch unfold onscreen. I'm not sure it needed to be told over 2hrs, either. Still, I got the required amount of entertainment from it.
