May 1, 2014 · Re: TDCJ eCommDirect. Effective 1 August 2014, the quarterly eComm spending limit will be increased to $60. Purchases made in July will be disregarded and all eligible inmates will have the $60 spend limit from 1 August until the end of the quarter. Effective 1 October 2014, the quarterly spending allowance will be increased to $85.
