Yaroslav II Vsevolodovich ( Russian: Яросла́в II Все́володович; Christian name: Theodor ( Феодо́р ); 8 February 1191 – 30 September 1246), also transliterated as Iaroslav, [1] was Grand Prince of Vladimir from 1238 to 1246. He collaborated with Batu Khan following the Mongol invasion, before he was ultimately poisoned.

Jul 1, 2019 · In 1026, Prince Yaroslav made agreement with his brother Mstyslav and divided the Rus land along the Dnieper River: he received Kiev from the Right Bank, and Mstyslav ruled Chernihiv with the Left Bank. Sviatoslav II Iaroslavich or Sviatoslav II Yaroslavich ( Old East Slavic: Ст҃ославь Ӕрославичь; [a] 1027 – 27 December 1076) [1] was Grand Prince of Kiev from 1073 until his death in 1076.
