A budget experience for a premium price. Air Europa gives you a very decent budget airline experience. On an intercontinental flight of ten hours there is only a single meal included. The chairs are very small so your knees will be against the other chair the whole time and the website doesn't function most of the time.

Jun 22, 2019 · DATE: May 2019. REVIEW RATING: SEAT MAP: 737-800 V.1. BEN SAYS: A typical intra-Europe Business Class experience but the food and service was good. I got to Gatwick Airport at around 7:30AM, plenty early for my 9:55AM flight to Madrid. My flight on Air Europa was departing from Gatwick’s South Terminal.
First impression upon boarding was good. Quite clean, and staff has kept even the toilets clean through out the 11hr flight from MVD to LGW. Flight was on time and arrived ahead of schedule which was a bonus. BUT was disappointed with service. They served food within 2 hours of boarding the plane.
1) no delays. 2) flight from and to Madrid - Bogota in a new Dreamliner. 3) just enough leg space (but is’t never enough 😊) 4) clear communication true the great inflight entertainment communicationscreen. 5) just one meal at the beginning of the flight so you can sleep/rest/watch at easy and with time.
Air Europa lost my luggage on October 23, 2022 back to Miami, after submitting all the claim documents for reimbursement and at the request of the airline completing the entire claim process today June 26, 2023 I still have not received any compensation for loss. Air Europa does not respond to emails and the few that do respond take a month to ...

That’s because the footrest for most seats is located in the back of the seat in front. So since there’s no one seated behind you, they won’t be shaking your seat.
