ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 codes are three-letter country codes defined in ISO 3166-1, part of the ISO 3166 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), to represent countries, dependent territories, and special areas of geographical interest.
Country of Origin Marking . There are two sets of rules of origin schemes for country of origin marking purposes. The first scheme is used to determine the country of origin of a product for all countries except Canada and Mexico. It employs a rules of origin approach similar to that discussed above for NTR duty treatment.
