This was the best in a few weeks, but Shooter's second season has mostly been a mess. This at least had some suspenseful sequences, but the story lines are beyond ridiculous. The one domestically with Ms. Swagger may be even crazier than the one that took place in a Mexican prison, so let that sink in for awhile.
