To purchase a Chicago City Vehicle Sticker in-person, you must bring: Chicago City Vehicle Sticker Courtesy Reminder OR; State Vehicle Registration ID Card, which includes your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and license plate information (in-state or out-of-state registrations are acceptable); AND A photo ID Proof of current address
