Simone is a classically trained professional dancer with over 30 years of training and over 20 years of teaching experience. Originally born in London, England, she grew up in the beautiful Miami, Florida where she received training in ballet, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance with additional training from elite institutions including Alvin Ailey and Netherlands Dance Theater.
As a childhood trained dancer, I wanted to dip my toes back in following an injury. This class was the best way to revisit hip hop, while getting up-to-speed on current dance club trends and sweating my tricep fat off. I love the empowered feeling of 20 women twerking together, and always leave class exhausted and exhilarated.
