A favorite place for skiers as well as day trippers to unwind and recharge is the Skibar Kandahar 2 bar in the valley station of the Kreuzeckbahn lifts. The bar is known for its great beverages and snacks, soothing music, warm atmosphere, and spectacular views.
Oct 27, 2009 · This is a beautiful US Military resort located on the base, at the foot of the Zugspitz Mountains in Garmisch, Germany. Though the resort was full to capacity at the time we were in Garmisch, we did take advantage of the restaurants, shopping, and tours organized by the resort. The tours are reasonably priced and professional.
