Mister Frost is a weird motherfucker. Dude is a serial killer (he killed kids and women!), and when approached by a cop immediately confesses to his multiple crimes right after dumping a perfectly good uneaten pie in the trash (!). He loves to cook but has a small appetite. What a FREAK.
